What to Expect at Our Cliffside Locations
Each residential program at Cliffside Malibu delivers a strong foundation of intensive, evidence-based and clinically driven treatment that’s designed to keep
patients engaged and help them reach a lifetime of recovery. Here’s a look at our different programs to see what is right for your needs:
Premier Program
• 3 individual therapy sessions/week
• 1 family session/week (with a designated family therapist)
• 1.5 hours/week of individual CADC counseling and
case management
• 2 massages/week
• 1 onsite group acupuncture/week
• 3 onsite yoga classes/week
• 2–3 group personal training sessions/week
• Sound bath, Breathworks and meditation
Classic Program
• 2 individual therapy sessions/week (1 individual + 1 family
session, as clinically indicated)
• 0.5–1 hour/week of individual CADC case management
• 2–3 group yoga classes/week
• Gym access
• Meditation
All Cliffside Programs Include
• For detox patients: daily physician visits; minimum weekly
visits thereafter
• Psychiatric care as needed
• 24/7 licensed nursing
• Family programming
• Nutrition in Recovery
